To confirm the date and time you have requested, please print off this completed form or download and complete our Marriage Information Form , enclose it along with a non-refundable payment of $250 CDN and either mail it, or use our online payment system..

We accept payments by a safe and secure system of Pay Pal.

For USA residents, please mail a money order or cheque in USD currency (non-refundable payment) of $250 USD. Your final fee will be calculated in Canadian dollars and any differences in currency value for your deposit will be deducted from your final fee.

Please Allow us 1 Week to confirm availability of date and time. Please note, should either of the bride or groom or both have been divorced, approval is required by the Anglican Diocese of Calgary and this could take up to 1 month before a date can be confirmed.

Please note that many weddings are celebrated at St. George's-in-the-Pines throughout the year. It is St. George's policy to schedule weddings at a minimum of 2 hour intervals in order to accommodate couples wishing to celebrate their marriage at St. George’s.

Please book early so you are not disappointed. We recognize that sometimes plans change and you may want to consider rescheduling your wedding. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please recognize that your choices for rescheduling may be limited.

At St. George's we understand the importance of this very special day and the excitement as your wedding day gets closer. We will do all in our power to accommodate your wishes. In return, we ask that you treat us with the same consideration and respect that we are pleased to extend to you.

Our normal policy is to deal directly with the wedding couple (bride and groom) unless there are extenuating circumstances.

St. George's does reserve the right to cancel any wedding reservation at any time resulting
from misconduct of any wedding party member or wedding planner.
