We are seeking a New Director of Music

St.Georges in the Pines requires a Director of Music as the current incumbent is relocating to London, UK. The position involves providing music for one Sunday Service.
There are opportunities to provide music for weddings (60-80 a year), special services, as well as teaching if the incumbent wishes.
The historic church (1889) is equipped with organ and piano and has excellent acoustics.

Celebration of All Saints Day & Homecoming
On Sunday November 8th 2010 a Celebration of All Saints Day, and Homecoming for all former parishioners, people baptised at St. George's and all brides and grooms.

| We now have a Labyrinth: It was prepared by a dedicated team of volunteers from Calgary, opened last Sunday and is now available for use at any time. It is located behind the church and can be viewed from the window in the Upper Hall. |
| REMINDER: Wilderness Spirituality and Rocky Mountain pilgrims, help residents and visitors deepen their relationship with God in the content of the incredible beauty which surrounds us, and gives opportunity to explore the theological implications of human care for the environment. |
